Aviagen, a long time client of Exhibits South, participates in one of the largest poultry trade shows in the world, International Production and Processing Exposition (IPPE) held in Atlanta Georgia every year since 1947. This event represents the world in the poultry industry. With that said it was most important for Aviagen to be represented at IPPE as a Corporate Global Company Headquarters.

To facilitate the space with important factors that would accommodate the Executives needs to demonstrate the excellence produced by Aviagen. The requirements the marketing team requested were private conference rooms, one that seated 16-18 people and 2 that would seat 8-10 people. Each conference room had to be equipped with state of the art audio and visual requirements, such as wall-mounted monitors with USB capabilities, Apple TV to make the use of each room wireless for presentations held by their corporate members.

The front reception area was used to provide the “Welcome to the Aviagen Group”. This area had to be large enough for 5 to 6 team members to comfortably greet, register, and answer any questions.

A hospitality area was necessary for the guests waiting to attend a conference meeting or simply networking over a cup of coffee. This area was designed to accommodate 20-30 people comfortably while showcasing a LED high performance global map indicating the company’s presence across the globe.

The other area would seat 25-35 people comfortably with seating that included tables for smaller group meetings. This area included a 90” smart TV mounted to the wall with continuous video offering information about the Aviagen Group pertinent to the guest.

Aviagen’s detail to design of the 50×50 exhibit gave the quest a welcome feeling and made each one feel at home with characteristics such as stacked rock knee walls that bordered the display and added additional counter space on the perimeter. Special LED blue down lighting enhanced the design in keeping a warm environment; the lighting was designed specifically to enhance the graphics for this year’s theme, “Global Reach – Local Touch”. The Aviagen team had a vision with specific needs; the outcome of the design superseded the needs and added a space that represented an Aviagen experience that each guest left feeling comfortable about making the right business decision.
